Our friend Sam Wright came over for dinner last night. We haven't seen him since the wedding so it was fun catching up with him. During our conversation, he asked us a question that got me thinking. He asked John and I to name two things we love about each other. This question got me thinking about John and everything he does for me.Sometimes I'm so busy with life that I forget to take the time to be grateful for those amazing qualities John has. As I pondered on this question my heart was filled with gratitude and I felt so blessed to be his wife.
John is a man filled with the spirit. He strives daily to become a better husband. He loves the Lord. He honors and respects me. He is a worthy priesthood holder and lives in a way that he can be worthy of the guidance of the spirit. He is kind to me and others. He's hardworking and unselfish. He is non judgmental and forgiving.He is happy and brings joy to our home. He is compassionate and caring. He is patient and delicate with me. He is faithful and obedient. But above all, he puts the Lord first. I'm so grateful for the man he is and for everything he does for me. He is my best friend and i love him so much!!!!
